Topic: Vampire encounter?!?!?!

i'm not joking when i say this, but i think i met vampires today... err, tonight.

For context, my dad owns an auto repair shop and i work at the front desk (besides being a psychic of course). We usually close up shop around 6 PM, but stay for an hour or so to cleanup. Around 6:30 or so, there was a knock on the door though...

My dad went to talk to whoever was there, and then briefly stepped outside to talk to them. i could see from the window there were three people- two of them looked in their mid-twenties, and one of them looked like a high schooler. The youngest of them looked pretty normal from what i could tell, but the other two... they both looked so tired, and wore clothes that were pretty outdated. They wore what looked like pretty thick gloves, too. But what caught me off guard the most was that I SWEAR they had fangs when they talked!! Even the younger one did!! All their eyes also seemed red from some angles... and i think they had pointed ears too.. i know this isn't my usual post, but i'm too excited to type right!

When i asked my dad about them, he even said they were a little odd, and he doesn't really believe in monster crap himself. They were apparently in a hurry and needed to get their car fixed ASAP, but they kept haggling my dad for appointments during the night or something cheaper...

i hope they come back- not that i want to get my blood sucked or anything, but i really think that they were vampires. i mean, why else would they need an appointment at night?! Man..

Topic: Haunted hearse!! and UPDATE

So, my dad bought a hearse a few months ago, and he's been trying to fix it up on and off ever since. Well.. unsurprisingly, it's pretty haunted!

Admittedly, I haven't met any ghosts, but going in there feels so strange. Maybe it's the feeling of knowing there were dead people in there at one point... or several, really.

Sorry, this is a pretty short entry for today. Lately, i haven't really had any ghost encounters... I think i've exhausted my resource list. I've also been pretty busy IRL too, so updates may be sparse. Don't worry though, i'll still be responding to emails about readings!!

Topic: ZOMBIE sighting??

To start off, i'm making changes to this page! Although ghosts will be my main focus, logging other monster encounters are also just as important to note... which leads me into my next point.

I went to the store tonight to get things for dinner. While going down the meat aisle, there was a guy there who was pretty peculiar. You could just say i'm picking on people, but when i say this guy was strange, he really was. Even other people started to notice. He was paper thin, and his skin was kind of grey and waxy looking. He looked absolutely tired, too. He seemed to stare intently at the packaged hamburger meat for the longest time. I went over, pretending to choose something, and he didn't ever seem to blink! Finally, after a few minutes, he slowly reached out and felt a package, then grabbed it and started leaving. He didn't even have a cart... he just bought some meat and left. Pretty odd, in my opinion.

Topic: Haunted hotel

My dad and i recently took a mini vacation up north and stayed in a hotel. Although it was relatively new, it felt... very eerie. On the first night we were there, i had a strange dream of a girl with flowers in her hand leading me throughout the hallways. She lead me to a dead end, and i woke up in a cold sweat. Though i went back to bed shortly after, i had a similar dream, except she lead me to a backdoor.. and the dream ended there. This cycle continued, where i would dream of this girl leading me throughout the maze, only sometimes reaching a door... in the morning, i decided to follow the path i thought i took in the dream. I couldn't really remember it too well, so i went out the front entrance around the back... the hotel bordered the woods, and in it, was.... a cemetery! And one of the graves was marked "Cecelia Maryanne Thompson", who was born in 1925 and died when she was only ten. Very sad, honestly. I didn't get to explore the graveyard, and perhaps it was for the best- i don't really want to disturb them. However, before i left, i left some flowers on Cecelia's grave. Maybe someday i can visit her again..

Topic: Haunted library

Next on my list of haunted attractions in the area is a haunted library... for privacy's sake, i'm not gonna say the name of it, but if you know, you know ;)

It's not just me who says this, because historically, the library IS haunted. It's fairly old, and before being a library, it was a schoolhouse of some kind. While i don't think any murders took place, ghosts have been reported there in years past. They seem to be benevolent spirits, or ones that like playing pranks on humans, actually! Stuff like making books fall from shelves, to blowing papers off of the desks... some people have said they heard giggling after hours, too. Eerie!

During normal hours, there unfortunately... doesn't seem to be much spiritual activity. It may be different after dark, but i don't really want to risk breaking and entering (especially after the school incident). It may make sense, considering no one died in that location (even when it was a mansion). Unless ghosts really liked reading books in their mortal life, it doesn't seem likely they've inhabit a library.

Topic: Haunted bathroom

Ok so.. admittedly it wasn't the best idea to do this, but i snuck into my old high school with a guy i graduated with. It's a long story, but basically, the bathroom there is totally haunted. It's pretty unsurprising given the school is well over 100 years old. You know those stupid rumors about Bloody Mary or the student who was murdered in the bathroom? Turns out it isn't entirely untrue. We decided to do a ritual there, and there were some... results.

Holding candles in front of the mirror, we chanted a ritual from a ghost hunting book. For a minute, nothing happened... then we felt wind, and our candles were blown out! The temperature dropped like crazy... the guy decided to run out of the bathroom, and i had to follow suit. i think security heard us!

We didn't encounter a physical form this time, but maybe in the future i will..
